Jim Mattly Chairman of the Board
Jim Mattly, recently elected Chairman of the Board of Industrial Container Services, has served on a number of Boards of Directors, including Ameristat Mobile Medical Services, Inc., ENSR International Corporation, Loomis Armored, Inc. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Loomis, Fargo & Co., and is a member of the Board of Directors of Synagro Technologies, Inc., a NASDAQ listed company.
From 1991 until 2004, Jim was CEO and President of Loomis, Fargo & Co., which is now part of Securitas Cash Handling Services, a subsidiary of Securitas AB, headquartered in Sweden. Loomis, Fargo & Co., is an industry leading cash handling service company that provides armored transportation, ATM replenishment and cash management services to financial institutions and corporate retail accounts.
Prior to his tenure at Loomis, Fargo & Co., Jim held a senior management position at Browning-Ferris Industries, an international waste disposal company serving residential, commercial and industrial customers. He served as Regional Vice President - Chief Operating Officer of the company's Southwest Region from 1979 until 1990.
He served two stints at Butler Aviation International, Inc., an aviation services company providing fuel and maintenance services to commercial airline fleets and general aviation markets. From 1969 through 1971 he served as Manager, Corporate Planning, and from 1977 until 1979, as Corporate Vice-President, Operations.
Jim served in the U.S. Navy from 1962 through 1967. His primary duty was as a pilot of light jet aircraft. He also served as a Line Division Officer and Quality Control Officer.
He graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Jim went onto Harvard Business School where he earned a Master of Business Administration degree.
Married to his wife, Diane, for 22 years, Jim has a daughter, Callie, who attends the University of Colorado and a son, James, who is a Software Systems Engineer in California. He has one grandchild, Daria.

Calvin G. Lee President and CEO
After spending 2.5 years as an accountant with Grant Thornton, Mr. Lee joined Cooper Drum in 1981 as Controller. In 1991, Mr. Lee began working for Mr. Cruz and Mr. Freeman at CSC. For the next seven years he served in a variety of roles including Director of Operations, General Manager and Operations Manager and as such had responsibility for production, production loading, transportation, physical facilities and raw material acquisition.
After PalEx's acquisition of CSC in 1998, Mr. Lee served as Western Regional Manager. After IFCO's acquisiton of PalEx in 2000, Mr. Lee served as COO of IFCO's Industrial Container Systems Division.
Mr. Lee attended Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah and earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting in 1979. Mr. Lee is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California.

Gerald P Butler Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Butler graduated in 1979 from Lycoming College in Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in accounting. During his high school and college years, Mr. Butler worked in the family business, B&F Cooperage, a Philadelphia area container reconditioning firm. Following graduation, Mr. Butler joined B&F Cooperage full time and has since worked in the drum reconditioning industry in a number of roles including Plant Manager, Director of Manufacturing, and Vice President of Operations, with responsibility for both new drum manufacturing and drum reconditioning operations, including all areas of production, transportation and maintenance. With the formation of PalEx Container Systems in 1998, Mr. Butler was named Eastern Regional Manager and has continued to have responsibility for the Company's entire Eastern Region until his promotion to COO.
Mr. Butler is active in the Reusable Industrial Packaging Association (RIPA), and currently is a member of its Board of Director.

Kay Rykowski V.P. Engineering
After 13 years in environmental consulting, Ms. Rykowski joined PalEx/IFCO in 2000 to provide regulatory management support to the Eastern Region. In 2001 Ms. Rykowski assumed corporate responsibility for environmental, safety and regulatory issues. As a consultant, Ms. Rykowski served s a Project and Senior Engineer with Harding Lawson and Associated, and as a Principal Engineer and Vice President with Stillwater Technologies Inc. Ms Rykowski has extensive experience in air and hazardous waste permitting and compliance, soil and groundwater remediation, enforcement negotiation and resolution, and corporate risk management.
Ms Rykowski graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering

Alain Magnan V.P. Finance
After 6 years in public accounting with KPMG in Canada and Australia, and 5 years as Director of Financial Services with a billion dollar pension fund, Mr. Magnan joined PalEx as Controller for the Eastern Region in early 1999. With the formation of Industrial Container Services and its acquisition of the IFCO drum business, Mr. Magnan assumed the duties of Corporate Controller. In 2004, Mr. Magnan was appointed Chief Financial Officer.
Mr. Magnan graduated from the University of Alberta (Canada) with a Bachelor of Commerce degree with distinction. He earned his Chartered Accountant (Canada) designation in 1989 while working with KPMG, and has since qualified as a Certified Public Accountant in the USA. Mr. Magnan also successfully completed the Chartered Financial Analyst program in 1998
