Industrial Container Services Acquires Moore Drum Company
MONTEBELLO, CA - MONTEBELLO, CA - Industrial Container Services, LLC of Montebello, CA (ICS) announced today that it has completed the acquisition of Moore Drum Company, based in Charleston, South Carolina, a leading steel drum reconditioning facility in the Southeast. The Reconditioning operations will continue to operate under the guidance of Jackson Moore Jr., a long time member of the Reusable Industrial Packaging Association.

"As a reconditioner of steel drums and IBC's, Industrial Container Services recognizes the strategic opportunity to expand our geographical coverage with an additional steel drum reconditioning facility in the Southeast. The addition of Moore Drum will give us greater ability to produce "closed top" containers for our customers", states Jerry Butler, ICS Eastern Regional Manager.

"With reconditioning and distribution facilities in Charlotte, NC, Blacksburg, SC, Atlanta, GA, Zellwood, Tampa, and Miami, FL, the addition of Moore Drum will allow ICS to better serve our customers in the region" states Dan Bartley, ICS Eastern Regional Sales Manager.
